HELLO READER – I’m curious, what do you know about yoga?

I’m making a yoga challenge, to know more about yoga, tricks and tips I will welcome gladly. I want to do yoga from today and one month (yeah okay, I know I’m starting a little late in the month, but just NOW I got the idea). I want to do it everyday at least one time.

  1. An awesome idea! Yoga has been an amazing tool I have used for years to deepen the knowledge and understanding of my body. I have used different systems like the 5 Tibetan rites, ashtanga, hatha, yin and vinyasa. Qigong has since become my passion and I practice daily. I wish you the best of luck on your challenge.
