Finally, I’m starting to winter bath. To be honest – IT WAS COLD. An evening in January in Denmark the water was ice cold. BUT – the feeling after was wonderful. (You can read my blog about winter bathing). I definitely benefit from it. I felt the cold shock, and then when I got up, all the circulation stated, and my body was heating up. So much so I could walk back in shorts, uh? Nice! And I definitely got a boost from it, that runners high they talk about. Futhermore, I feel extremely healthy after. A tip! If you live in a country with warm tempareture right now, make an ice bath.
